She had her reasons in the beginning and granted he was never nice to her. If I had one criticism it is that Madison Kate is a nice person but she is quite mean to Archer. There is romance, steam, mystery, suspense and more.
Nothing at all is predictable and I really like the different story arcs. The storylines were terrific and I was kept on my toes throughout the entire series so far. This one was done more like acting, where within one chapter we get both male and female narration, so there isn’t a man trying to do a woman’s voice and the like. One of the main issues I have with audiobooks that have male and female narrators, is the fact that if a chapter is told in the female POV the female narrator does both the male and female voices during that chapter and the same for the male narrator. The narration by Brook Daniels and Lucas Webley was fabulous. Though that is not to say there isn’t a ton of chemistry between Archer and Madison Kate. This reverse harem is a bit different than many in that the heroine is intimate with two of the guys but has a hugely contentious relationship with the third Hero. Some of the secrets are revealed but what she finds makes her life even more complicated than it was before and she no longer trusts the guys. The Story: Madison Kate is constantly under fire, from a stalker, a killer and the three guys she has become close to but has never trusted.

MK is now being stalked and she thinks it is the same person that stalked her mom is after her. Prior to the murder, her mother was stalked. The heroine: Madison Kate Danvers - Her mother was murdered when she was 11 years old.
